1. Recruitment: receiving, posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, announcing results to candidates.
2. Manage records and resumes of employees throughout the Company: save employee records in files by department, make labor contracts.
3. Perform grading, salary calculation and bonus for employees.
4. Register for insurance, report the increase or decrease of insurance for employees.
5. Manage company stationery, office tools and equipment…
6. Developing a healthy working environment based on the company’s regulations. Organize charity events, birthdays, teambuilding… for company employees.
7. Perform other arising tasks under the direction of superiors.
1. Graduation in related discipline
2. Experience in the same position over 06 months.
3. Agility, eloquence, harmony with the collective environment.
4. Basic Office Informatics
5. Good communication skills, handling situations
